Rainbow sandals has a warranty, and i bought them for 50 dollars. the strap pulled out and i sent them in and paid 7 dollars to ship them. i received a letter saying that my sandals could not be fixed so i called and asked them why.....after a while, they "said" they went to go get my sandals and look at them and 3 different people said that my sandals had been repaired and all i needed to do was pay shipping to get them back. so i sent a 7 dollar check in and i recieved my sandals still broken after 3 differenet people lied about them being fixed. one man said he was pulling on the strap and it was fixed. well it isn't and when i called the man told me he was done with my phone call and hung up. i am reporting thm and trying to make people aware of this scam... please dont waste your time and money on this lying bad company.
